My fitness journey has been ANYTHING but linear. What sparked and ignited my love for fitness actually started from my own insecurities. I was someone who hated how I looked, and would try “every trick in the book” to make myself skinnier and feel better. When I first started my fitness journey, I was nowhere near as confident and comfortable as I am now. Honestly all I ever did was cardio and abs because I had no idea where to start or what to do, and I thought that was enough. From fad diets, to inefficient workouts, I couldn't figure it out. I wasn't happy with my lifestyle nor my habits, and I was tired of it. I finally hit a breaking point 5 years ago when I invested in proper knowledge to get myself to where I actually want to be… not where I thought I wanted to be. I ended up falling in love with the process, and not so much with the destination. This eventually resulted in me finding my love for fitness, and even more so, competing in bodybuilding.
Once I started actually weight lifting in 2017 I decided to try out my first bodybuilding show in the bikini division, and it was the best thing I've done for myself. It taught me discipline, self motivation, work ethic, and most importantly, knowledge. My goal is to use all of my knowledge throughout my 7 years in bodybuilding to educate, and guide others to their respective goals. Apart from my new found love for fitness, education and coaching others in their health and lifestyle for the rest of their lives is just as important and exciting to me!
